Young Wild Things Tour

We finally have something to believe in again. The Young Wild Things Tour featuring Fall Out Boy, Gym Class Heroes, Plain White T's, and Cute is What We Aim For made the country remember what great music was all about. On Sunday, November 11th, 2007 at 7:00 PM, the crowd went wild as the stage lit up and the new and original Cute is What We Aim For stepped on the stage and belted out their fun, yet risque lyrics off of their latest album The Same Old Rush With a New Touch.

Just when we thought the concert couldn't get any better, the much loved Plain White T's started to play their incredible songs, featuring their often played "Hey There Delilah". Never has there been so many teenage girls wishing their names were Delilah.

Immediately after the Plain White T's exited the stage, the concert seemed to change direction. Gym Class Heroes had yet another hit performance as the concert went from alternative rock, to rap. Even if no one would admit it, the entire crowd was dancing from their seats as "Cupid's Cholkhold" was played.

Then, after Gym Class Heroes and much anticipation, it was time for Fall Out Boy to perform. A curtain was put up with pictures to the theme of Where the Wild Things Are and the audience just couldn't contain their excitement. After a few seconds, music started playing and the curtain dropped, exposing the band, Fall Out Boy, who we had all been waiting for to the audience. Never has there been so much chaos for a band at one time. Fall Out Boy did an incredible job performing and there were smiles from almost every member of the crowd.

Just when we thought the thought of true music died, The Young Wild Things Tour came around and changed our view of thinking. This concert is sure to be the concert of the year, and hopefully there will be much more from these bands in the years to come.
